The program emulates the coin-casting process six times to determine a hexagram. The resulting hexagram is considered "the Present," with attention given to the changing lines that signify transitions. Examining these transformations provides insights into future outcomes as each changing line influences the overall interpretation of the hexagram.
Following Taoist beliefs of yin-yang polarity shifts, the evolution from yin to yang within a hexagram creates a new hexagram symbolizing "the Future." By delving into this secondary hexagram's meaning, users gain further clarity on the implications of ongoing changes within their situation.
